PSL Fourth Edition: Quetta Gladiators ‘best team throughout the tournament’ celebrates their first win1 min read

Quetta Gladiators won the championship against Peshawar Zalmi in the final match of the fourth edition of Pakistan Super League.

Toss: Quetta won the toss and elected to bowl first.

Peshawar Zalmi batting first made a total of 138/8 runs in 20 overs. The top scorer for Peshawar zalmi was Umar Amin with 38 runs of just 33 ball with 3 fours and 2 sixes. Whereas the best balling figures for Quetta gladiators was Muhammad Husnain and DJ Bravo. Both of them bowled brilliantly. Muhammad Husnain took 3 crucial wicket for just 30 runs in 4 overs whereas Dj Bravo took 2 wickets for just 24 runs.

On the other end Quetta Gladiator easily chased the target 139 in just 17.5 overs with 8 wickets in hand. Ahmed Shehzad’s brilliant half-century helped Quetta Gladiators to a eight-wicket win over Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League final on Sunday in front of cricket-starved fans in Karachi.
